Dear friends,

It's been an amazing few weeks at the Island Campus. On May 1st, we announced our intention to seek God's leading on moving forward on a lease-purchase of a 13,000 square foot buiding on the Island in the Hargray Complex. We had two specific things we were asking God to confirm for us as we moved forward.

1 - Obtaining the proper zoning for this facility.

2 - Raising $110,000 in cash for the down playment.

God has answered! To date, we have raised $115,000 and zoning is moving forward in a positive direction!  We are preparing our purchase agreement with Hargray and are in process with a survey of the building and land. So what is next for us?

The Town of Hilton Head will require us to do non-negotiable alterations to the facility BEFORE we can begin meeting there. This will require additional funds. We do not know the exact amount at this time, but it could be significant.

Here's what WE can do right now:

1. Pray for succesful completion of the zoning process.

2. Pray for minimal expense to what the town will require for us to move in to this facility.

3. Pray and consider what you can continue to contribute financially. LCC is committed to debt-free facility expansion. This requires all of us to be committed to consistent and sacrificial giving in our tithes and offerings.

Finally, join me in thanking God for what HE HAS ALREADY DONE through our Miracle Offering. I am overwhelmed at the generosity and sacrificial giving of our Island Campus. His faithfulness gives us confidence to know that He is going before us as we build a Foundation for the Future for the Island Campus.

I am thrilled to hear of the Miracle Sunday collection in support of your new location. I'm sure it has been quite a ride, but you and Cynthia and your staff are great drivers of the LCC-HHI bus as you venture further into Miracle Territory.
